Pizza Italia was established from Chef Salvatore’s ideas, who envisioned the concept back in 2017 and years later developed the ultimate Pizza Food Truck focused on minimalism, performance, and functionality.
With a full-size wood-burning oven, top-quality ingredients, and traditional Italian techniques, we make real Italian pizza that delivers bold flavor, perfect texture, and a pizza experience that stands up to the best pizzerias.

Born and raised in Sicily, where cooking and traditional flavors are a way of life, Chef Salvatore began his professional training at A.S.P.E. Scuola Pizzaioli and worked in some of the best restaurants and pizzerias in his hometown alongside highly skilled pizza masters.

Driven by a constant desire to improve and expand his knowledge, he specializes in both traditional and alternative kneading techniques, mastering the art of pizza-making and carrying on its rich tradition.

With over 15 years of international experience as a pizza chef, Salvatore brings the complete, authentic Italian pizza experience directly to you through Pizza Italia.
