Pizza Italia was established from the idea of Chef Salvatore, who envisioned the concept back in 2017 and years later developed the ultimate Pizza Food Truck focusing on minimalism and functionality.

With a full size wood burning oven, the best ingredients and using the traditional pizza making technique, we are able to create an authentic "Pizza Italiana" that will impress your palate.

Born and raised in Sicily, where cooking and traditional flavours are foundamental, Chef Salvatore began his professional training at " A.S.P.E. scuola Pizzaioli" and  working in the best restaurants and pizzerias in his home town next to many highly skilled pizza masters.
Driven by a continuous desire to improve himself and deepen his knowledge, he specializes in traditional and alternative kneading techniques and he studies, masters and carries on the Pizza Art.
Building on 15 years of experience as an international pizza chef, Salvatore with Pizza Italia is now ready to bring the complete and authentic italian pizza experience straight to your door.
